My Coaching Philosophy.

I see every family as a living, dynamic system. When one part is out of balance, the whole family feels it. My coaching focuses on identifying those small adjustments — the little gears that make a big difference. The result: more structure, more harmony, and more ease at home.

“Family is the greatest business in life – and every system can run more smoothly.”

My coaching focus areas.

1

Family Time Management.

Family life can feel like a full-time job — endless tasks, constant juggling, and little time for what truly matters. I support parents in creating structure that fits their real lives.

2

Mental Health & Balance.

A healthy family starts with mentally strong parents. Together, we look at stress patterns, emotional overload, and ways to regain balance and energy.

3

Family Structure & Organization.

Structure brings calm — but flexibility keeps joy alive. I help families create a structure that fits their lifestyle, not the other way around.

Hi, I´m Rebecca and I will be your coach. I´m excited to help you find solutions that fit your family perfectly! Get to know more about me.

Yes I´m only coaching online. Online coaching gives you expert guidance without the limits of location, schedule, or lifestyle. You get personalized support that fits into your real life, not the other way around. Whether you’re at home, traveling, or juggling a busy routine, I am always within reach.

For many dual-working families, everyday life can feel like running on a hamster wheel – constantly busy, yet never truly caught up. Mornings are rushed, evenings feel tense, and simple tasks like chores can spark conflict. The mental load grows heavier, and personal time slowly disappears.

Family coaching creates space to pause, reset, and move forward with intention. Through creativity, structure, and sustainable strategies, I support families in bringing more clarity and calm into their daily routines. Together, we build systems that reduce stress, improve communication, and create balance so your family can enjoy more time, stronger mental wellbeing, and a higher quality of life.

Family coaching and therapy both aim to support families, but they work in different ways and serve different needs.

Family coaching is practical and forward-focused. It concentrates on present-day challenges and helps families create clear strategies for daily life, from routines and communication to shared responsibilities and balance. Coaching is about building skills, structure, and sustainable habits. It does not involve diagnosing or treating mental health conditions.

Therapy focuses more deeply on emotional healing, mental health, and past experiences. It is led by licensed mental health professionals and is designed to support individuals or families dealing with trauma, anxiety, depression, or other psychological concerns.

I do not offer therapy. My role as a family coach is to support growth, clarity, and positive change within everyday family life. If, during our work together, it becomes clear that therapy would better support your family’s needs, I will always encourage seeking the help of a qualified therapist. Your wellbeing comes first.
